A gleaming white smile is always beautiful. Whether you're dawning a ballgown or a comfy pair of sweats, a quick flash of those pearly whites can liven up every look. With or without makeup, a nice bright smile can take any complexion from drab to fab.

However at home whitening kits can often be abrasive, and not to mention expensive. Also, results often vary, and can your your teeth spotted and sensitive. That's why trying a more natural, DIY remedy can sometimes be the best route to take when trying to achieve a glittering grin.

To begin, as a daily ritual mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to form toothpaste. Brush the teeth regularly with this paste. It will remove all stains in your month and also kill unwanted bacteria.

Also, introduce strawberries into your daily diet. Despite their colour, strawberries are said to help clean stains from your teeth. Try to avoid drinking too much coffee, and if you must, sip it through a straw. And, substitute red wine for white wine whenever you can.

Finally, brushing your teeth three times a a week with apple cider vinegar is also said to be a terrific and inexpensive way see results fast. Because the vinegar is acidic, you should refrain for using it every night. However experts say that three times a week is safe, and effective.
