John's Just Not That Into Jen

Looks like John Mayer-hater Drew Barrymore is getting her wish. After a public PDA promo tour, Jennifer Aniston and John have reportedly ended their show-mance. Again.

We're starting to get whiplash from all of Mayerston's comings and goings.

A source claims the blog-happy musician broke up with Jen sometime within the last week after she returned from her overseas Marley & Me junket. Maybe he's just not into girls who scarf dog biscuits on German TV. Then again, Jen's never-ending rehash of THE SPLIT OF THE CENTURY didn't exactly say "true love forever."

Now that John's off Jen's leash, we assume his pinkie promise not to blab details of their relationship to TMZ or anyone with an mic has expired. FYI, so far his blog has no entries for March. Yes, we checked.

Conveniently, the on-again, off-again couple's breakup comes after the stud-for-rent was paraded around like a show pony to trump the "40 and alone" headlines US Weekly and OK! undoubtedly had planned to coincide with the former Friends star's recent birthday. And John was Jen's must-have accessory at the Oscars where the possibility of a red carpet rendezvous between the former Mrs. Brad Pitt and her arch-nemesis Angelina Jolie was more hyped than Slumdog Millionaire.

But with Cameron Diaz happily canoodling with Jen's ex Paul Schulfor and former paramour Vince Vaughn's recent engagement, we're not convinced these two are through for good. Our Magic 8 Ball predicts they'll reunite just in time for The Baster premiere to bump all those "Jen is desperate for a baby" tabloid headlines (see what we did there?).
