Another LG Fashion Week has come and gone. While the week of March 29th certainly was busy with back-to-back shows and parties, for Canada's die hard fashionistas and media mavens it all began on March 11th with Philip Sparks showing his menswear F/W 2010 collection at the Burroughs Building on Queen St West.

A stylish crowd sipped on cocktails spiked with Hendrick's Gin before voraciously snapping photos of the nautically refined clothing inspired by Moby Dick.

Next up was NADA's 3D Fembot combat presentation, hosted by InFashion's Glen Baxter, at the Scotiabank Theatre on March 17th. We ended the week on a high note with Greta Constantine who, again, made their (massive) runway out of the basement of Audi's downtown dealership.

During the week of March 22nd, mini events popped up here and there. Of note:

-Previewing the gorgeous Fullum & Holt bags and belts at Spoke Club on March 24th.

-Having Sally Hershberger tell us how to get genius front-row ready hair on March 25th at the Hazelton Hotel. If you don't already have her products, we highly suggest you pick up at least one of the fabulous five new styling formulas that just hit the shelves (only $11.99 each!) at Shoppers Drug Mart. The Style Primer and Star Shine are game-changers.

-After seeing Sally, we toasted the always gracious Andy The-Ahn's and christened his sharp new Yorkville shop. Drop in at 27 Bellair Street  to take a look at the Spring/Summer line and marvel at the ultra-modern space.

About the author:

When Malcolm Gladwell talks about “connectors,” he’s talking about Sara Graham. This gal-about-town made her mark spending five years in (and out) of publishing as Editor-in-Chief of Canada’s top teen magazines Vervegirl and FUEL. During the out part she created, designed and managed all aspects of Sister Underwear – a collection that was not only embraced by the Canadian fashion network of buyers, media and the public, but enjoyed repeat orders from boutiques located in the U.S. Although no longer deep in the publishing or fashion trenches, Sara remains curious and connected via her insatiable appetite for culture and travel. Sara also continues to produce fashion shoots through Project, her brand management company.
