Stella McCartney to Design England's uniforms for the 2012 Olympic games.

Although the 2010 Vancouver Olympic games just finished, plans for 2012 games are well underway. It has been announced that the 2012 games will be held in London, England.

Stella McCartney has been chosen as the creative director for the uniforms of British athletes. Stella will be working with Adidas and is set to create two different Olympic collections. The first line will be aimed at providing stylish Olympic gear for non-athletes and fans. The second set will be designed exclusively for British athletes on both the Olympic and Paralympic teams.

Stella's resume includes a variety of collaborations with past athletes, which includes dressing Carolina Wozniacki at the last Wimbleton tour. She has also successfully been able to infuse fashion and sport with her collaboration with Adidas.

With such an impressive resume many of us (including me!) can't wait to see what sassy and trendy designs Stella will present to the world at the 2012 Olympic Games.
