U.S retail giant will open three new locations in Canada.

Get ready to rock as HOT TOPIC rolls into Canada for the first time!

HOT TOPIC will be opening two locations on August 13, 2010 one at the Square One Shopping Centre and also at the Scarborough Town Centre. The store, currently in 680 locations in the United States and Puerto Rico, is always on-trend for music and pop culture lovers. HOT TOPIC has partnered with popular films like Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, the Twilight Saga, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, and big-time artists such as Lady Gaga, and Canadians, Drake and Justin Bieber.

So whether you're on Team Edward or Jacob (tough call), or you're a true Bieber fan HOT TOPIC has the perfect threads for you, as well as accessories and great gift ideas. HOT TOPIC's focus on the latest in music, movies and more, also means some awesome extras: sweepstakes, special appearances, autograph signings, exclusive t-shirt designs, in-store performances and more! In fact, the first in-store Canada event will be happening at the Scarborough Town Centre.

Be there to check out Chicago-based band Disturbed signing autographs on Wednesday, August 25 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Not near Mississauga or Scarborough? No problem!
