Victoria's Secret Launch

Victoria's Secret reveals itself to Toronto

Victoria's Secret goes all out for luxury lingerie, so of course it makes sense that they would pull out all the stops for a luxury launch party after opening up a new location at Yorkdale Shopping Centre in Toronto last week. The cream of the crop retailer of women's wear, lingerie, and beauty products has become a universal trademark in its name alone and sits prominently on the throne of elitist fashion with its collection of catalogs and annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show featuring North America's top models.

It was no surprise, then, that last Wednesday's grand opening in Toronto featured a trio of Victoria's Secret Angels up close and personal for the special occasion. Supermodels Erin Heatherton, Chanel Iman, and Adriana Lima were overjoyed to cut the pink ribbon with a pair of glittery scissors, each of them proudly busting out of white t-shirts with "Victoria's Secret Loves Canada" emblazoned across the chest in pink. The store officially kickstarted its Canadian launch at West Edmonton Mall earlier in the month and has already planned four more Canadian locations by the end of the year, two of them in Toronto. Line ups formed at lightning speed after the opening at Yorkdale and are expected to continue for the rest of this week as the novelty remains fresh and shiny for premium quality panties. While the parent company Limited Brands also marks its territory with the likes of La Senza and Bath & Body Works, audience reception is off the charts for Victoria's Secret. The verdict is that women across the country are under their Love Spell.
