OH Obama...Look at Those Arms!

Michelle's guns are decent, but they're certainly not weapons of mass destruction

For someone who works out 3 times a week, Michelle Obama has okay arms; not good arms, not bad arms, not great arms, just, okay arms.

There it is. I said it. And I KNOW a lot of you have been secretly thinking it, or questioning them (to yourselves, of course) because heaven forbid - She's Michelle Obama, yo.

Lately, so much buzz has been about Michelle,  (we are on a first name basis, Michelle and I)...and rightly so.

The world has its first African American First Lady, and she has captivated us all, right down to what she wears and how good her body looks. Michelle is extremely well educated, young, attractive, a role model for all women, all working moms, and all ethnicities worldwide. And, seeing as there doesn't seem to be a topic in relation to Michelle that has not been broached, why wouldn't people comment on her clothes and body? She has attained celebrity status and with that comes the various opinions from the masses.

If someone has to speak up about her arms, it might as well be me. I say this not to be critical. I say this to be honest. I have trained numerous celebrities, athletes, fitness professionals, beauty pageant contestants and finalists, moms, dads, teens, kids, executives and a plethora of weekday and weekend warriors.

Each and every one of those individuals and groups, after having worked out 3 times a week on a regular basis had better arms than Michelle. Again her arms are just okay, and, I would think that someone putting in 3 workouts a week would have better arms to show for it. So, there has to be a missing component in her regime, and, it's probably the missing component in a lot of your regimes: a continual, increasing level of intensity and a proper nutritional and supplemental food plan.

Everyone always says that their food intake is good, until, upon further inspection, quite often, that proves not to be the case. I always say, at least 60% of the results you have attained and the results you want to obtain, are directly attributable to what you put in your mouth, how often you put it there, and when you do it.

So next time you are thinking that Michelle has good arms, ask Angela (Bassett), Linda (Hamilton), Kelly (Ripa) and Madonna, if they beg to differ.
