Too Many Thanksgiving Leftovers? Try Thai Turkey Salad!

You've put away the last of the fine china, said goodbye to your Thanksgiving guests, and breathed a deep, hearty sigh of relief - YOUR PANTS DIDN'T SPLIT!

Now, the only thing left to deal with are the leftovers.

Everyone knows about the "Thanksgiving Sandwich", a traditional week-after-the-long-weekend dish that lets you make use of all the good stuff that you didn't already polish off. Throw those leftover turkey slices, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and veggies between two slices of bread and you've got yourself the fast food version of the festive spread.

But, if you're looking to mix it up a bit with leftover recipes, or perhaps you feel you've taken down a few too many carbs over the weekend, try this delicious, easy dish:

Thai Turkey Salad!

Here's What You'll Need:

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup peanut butter

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

¹/8 tsp red pepper flakes

1 clove garlic, peeled

8 cups baby spinach

3 cups diced cooked turkey

2 cups chow mein noodles

½ cup sliced green onions

½ cup chopped mixed nuts

What You'll Do:
Simply, cobine, toss and enjoy!
