New ways to enjoy iced tea this summer

altDo you love a big glass of iced tea? Who doesn't? But if you're been sipping on this summertime treat every day since the sun came out, you might be getting a bit bored of it. Here are a few ways you can spice up your iced tea and make a splash at your next party!

One way to breathe new life into your old tea? Add a little lemonade. Sometimes called an Arnold Palmer, this delicious sweet-and-sour beverage was a favorite of the U.S. golfer who lent it his name. Depending on how bitter or sour you like your drink, you can add more lemonade for a harsher bite. Try adding pink lemonade for a colorful twist!

Another delicious way to make your tea special? Muddle some fruit in the bottom. Grab a handful of fresh raspberries and use a spoon to crush them at the bottom of your glass. Add ice and pour in the tea, and you've got a one-of-a-kind drink! You can also try this with strawberries, blackberries and peaches.

For an extra-refreshing summertime treat, add a sprig of mint to your iced tea. You can garnish your glass with it or stir it into the pitcher - either way, iced tea has never been so cool.
