Shut your mouth!

It's no secret Julia Roberts has a big mouth, but that she also swears like a drunken sailor--who knew?!

America's Sweetheart traded her usual PG rating for an adult R at the Film Society of Lincoln Center event honoring her Charlie Wilson's War costar Tom Hanks. Apparently the Oscar-winner missed the memo that the night was a toast, not a roast as she unleashed f-bombs like WMDs. 'Cause nothing says "I love you, man" like profanity.

"All right, well, it's late, and I'm paying my babysitter overtime, and I have to pee," she began. "So Tom, everybody f---king likes you. All my bits are gone."

She went on to say she's seen most of Hanks' films, "Tom Hanks what the f---? Listen ... Bosom Buddies, people. Me: a fan. Bosom Buddies. I saw Turner & Hooch, The Money Pit; I missed That Thing [You Do]. I love the Coen Brothers, but the hair, Tom I don't even know what the f--- that movie was about."

Someone grab a bar of soap!

Of 2004's The Terminal, she cracked, "You in the airport with the accent? It was a pass for me. Airport? Were you just an immigrant lost? I didn't know. I love you, and I didn't know what to do, really. God, I'm wearing the same f---ing dress tonight as your publicist!"

Audience members, including Charlize Theron, busted up with laughter. Forget Duplicity, her impromptu ramblings seriously upstaged her cinematic comeback.

And not to start any rumors, but we can't help but wonder if Jules got a hold of Kathy Griffin's mom's box of wine. Tip it!

But perhaps we shouldn't be so shocked that Jule's has such a wicked sense of humor. She did marry aesthetically-challenged Lyle Lovett, apparently while sober, after all. Ba-boom ching. Thank you, thank you, we're here all week . . .
