Business Mogul Is Apparently A Bit Too Hands On

What the heck is it with guys married to super hot women putting the moves on other women!?

Joining the ranks of Christie Brinkley and Halle Berry's exes, Cindy Crawford's husband (soon to be ex?), Rande Gerber, is being sued by two former female employees for sexual harassment.

We can just imagine him using his seemingly appropriate name in some sort of cheesy pick-up line, "I'm Rande. Maybe you can help me do something about that. Yeah, baby, yeah."

According to the suit, the business mogul fired (allegedly) the waitresses from a restaurant he owned for refusing to give in to his advances, as well as those from other managers.

One of the plaintiffs claims that on one night in 2008, Gerber tried to kiss her three times and then put his hand up her dress in an attempt to reach between her legs. Wow. What a charmer.

Gerber's rep acerts, "These allegations were previously investigated and shown to be baseless. This lawsuit has no merit."

Cindy and Gerber, who have been married for 10 years, will celebrate their 11th wedding anniversary later this month . . . maybe.

Maybe Kelly McGillis has the right idea after all . . .
