Is It Really A Crime To Pummel A Paparazzo?
300 star Gerard Butler went a bit too method when he allegedly beat up a paparazzo last year following a premiere party for the Guy Ritchie-directed caper flick RocknRolla.

The Scottish actor, and Jennifer Aniston's minute man, was charged on Wednesday with battery for the pap attack. If convicted, he faces up to six months in jail.
Maybe he and Keifer Sutherland will be bunk buddies! They can braid each other's hair and compare notes on who's had the most charges filed against them.
Ironically, Jerry just finished shooting a new movie called Law Abiding Citizen.
But seriously, plain old fist-thumping photogs is just sooo early 2000s. Like using VHS instead of Blu-Ray. Even Britney Spears' umbrella-wielding windup gets more points for sheer balls.
If J's going to stick with the whole H'wood "bad boy" deal, he's going to need some better moves to set him apart from a certain phone-throwing Gladiator. Maybe a step, turn, break-bottle-over-the-head type of maneuver. Yeah, pretty bad-ass right?
