God, We Hope Not

Jon and Kate Plus 8's titular stars Jon and Kate Gosselin may or may not be having dueling affairs, getting a divorce and secretly using those rumors to drum up interest for the new season of their TLC reality TV show.

But amid the competing tabloid cover stories, one burning question remains on everyone's lips: What the HECK is that on Kate's head!? Is it supposed to look like she got attacked by a Flock of Seagulls and lost? You mean, she did that on purpose? Are you sure there wasn't some terrible, terrible accident?"

We admit, sometimes Kate's hair distracts us so much with its . . . WTF-ness that all those petty little concerns about dysfunctional relationships and pettiness start to just fade away.

She tells Us Weekly, "It's my attitude! Everybody wants it. My hair stylist gets calls from all across the country."

First there was The Farrah, then The Rachel. Now, The Gosselin!? Ick. Nast. Does it also come with a miserable husband, a freaky bodyguard, and a family who sells you out?

But Kate warns: "It's work. I have very, very thick hair, so it's not going to work for everybody. I've seen people come through the book line with thin hair, and it
just won't work."

We have a feeling that those "calls" she brags about are from people calling to question her hairdresser's sanity.

Or at least have their license revoked.

Just watch, Octomom Nadya Suleman will have her head shaved by Monday.
