Singer Evidently Thinks Walking Is Over-Rated

How many cars does it take for Beyonce to cross the road?

While in London, the "Diva" singer reportedly demanded a caravan of cars to transport her and her entourage from her hotel to high-end department store Harvey Nichols -- located a mere 45 feet across the street -- because she didn't want to walk in her high heels.

Instead, Beyonce and her bodyguards and two cars went up the street five feet and made a U-turn in order to be dropped off in front of the store. After being escorted around the designer store for just 20 minutes, she took the same route back to the hotel.

We assume 10 guys were required to carry Bey around the store on a gold throne so her feet wouldn't tread upon the same ground as the pedestrian commoners, with one loincloth-clad guy feeding her grapes and another with a palm frond to fan her.

Since she's going to win an Oscar in the near future, apparently she's pretending to be God's gift 24/7.

Mariah Carey would have just sent a lowly assistant to get what she wanted. AND made them pick up a non-fat latte, with chocolate sprinkles, beyotch. That's how a real diva rolls.
