Chris Klein's supervisor at McDonald's must have given him time off to audition if he promised to work a double shift on the weekend.

If the just released video is to be believed, the American Pie alum wanted the role in the Meryl Streep movie that eventually went to Dominic Cooper, and not a part in Dr. Drew's Recovering Meth Addict Road Show production of the same name.

This is almost too good to be real, but we're going to assume it's not fake, because A) it's not on Funny or Die, and B) we seriously doubt something this funny could be planned in advance. Watch it here.

Flat off key and off pitch dog. He couldn't make auditions for American Idol.

Klein doesn't blink ONCE. And the flaring nostrils are like ... whoa. Maybe it's because they caught the downwind scent of career desperation. On a hot day it smells a lot like Lindsay Lohan after an all-night binder. AKA any day of the week.

Plus, his hair looks like a hybrid between Jude Law's receding hairline and John Travolta's cat hair piece.

We don't know whether Chris Klein should be grateful that people have a reason to mention his name for a reason other than the Suri conspiracy for the first time since 1999, or kill himself because the reason is a humiliating, coked-out audition tape for a movie he never had a chance in hell of being cast in.

At least we now know that Katie Holmes has a "type." It looks like he came straight off the Xenu assembly line, extra crazy, no extra charge.
