The Fashion Powerhouse and Other Fashionable Friends Assemble in Honour of Mr. President

Anna Wintour is playing hostess tonight, having President Obama and a few other high-profile besties over to her house for dinner. Her not-so-humble abode on Sullivan Street will be brimming with patriotic party-goers who will be, presumably, dressed to the nines and then wined and dined like royalty.

However, unlike most other dinner-parties, this soirée is meant to help raise funds for the Democratic National Committee, running the guests $30,000 a plate. Other guests set to attend include Donna Karan of DKNY and Calvin Klien.

This dinner follows one that the king of denim, Mr. CK himself, hosted for The First Lady, Michelle Obama, in 2008.
