A Brokenhearted Elin Reveals Her Plans for The Future
As
we reported yesterday, Elin Nordegren gave her very first interview to
People magazine. The tete-a-tete lasted four days, as the now
(official) ex-wife of Tiger Woods told her side of the heartbreaking
story.
I have been through the stages of
disbelief and shock, to anger and ultimately grief over the loss of the
family I so badly wanted for my children, she says the 30-year-old
model in the interview that hit stands only days after her legal split
from Tiger was made public.
The
mother of two, who recently went back to school to work towards a
degree in psychology, says that due to her husband's terrible actions,
I also feel stronger than I ever have. I have confidence in my
beliefs, my decisions and myself.
As for what's next?
My
immediate plan is for the kids and me to continue to adjust to our new
situation. I am going to keep taking classes, but my main focus is to
try to give myself time to heal, says Nordegren.
She and the children are together again after the little ones spent last weekend with their father and grandmother.
