Kanye West Can't Do Anything Right
We love watching Kanye's ego take a beating.
The only thing more humiliating than standing on a float during a parade is being booed as you pass by.
At this past weekend's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York, rapper Kanye West was greeted by an flood of malicious booing and taunting on the streets.
Apparently Taylor Swift fans still need closure from the VMA incident in 2009 that everyone else got over within a week, including Taylor Swift. In a video recording the arrival of Kanye's float, the crowd can be heard shouting "Taylor, Taylor" and one classy lady yells out, "You're an a**hole!".
Another hater shouts, "Kanye! Jump!", which is not only rude but stupid; the leap from the float to the ground is not likely to cause more than a sprained ankle. Besides, didn't they hear him when he said "N-n-now that that don't kill me, can only make me stronger"?
The rap mega star was one of many artists who agreed to appear for the annual festive show, with others including Jessica Simpson and Kylie Minogue. No Taylor.
What does the man have to do to get back to the way he was hated before? It seems Kanye's big head is just a little too big for the Big Apple. But let's move on, people. If Taylor can do it, so can the rest of us.
Check out the video for the parade. Do you think fans went too far?
