A Hollywood Party By The Folks Who Do Hollywood Best

On Thursday night, WOMAN.ca walked the red carpet at the Eglinton Grand Theatre in Toronto in celebration of yet another successful year for Warner Brother's Entertainment.

The guests were treated like stars: Hollywood-themed place settings, Harry Potter martinis, and a celebrity photo booth (neon glasses and hats supplied). The feature drink of the evening was The Golden Snitch served from a steaming Harry Potter cauldron.

This year, Warner Entertainment brought us more than forty of our favorite television shows. The list, both long and impressive, includes Fringe, The Mentalist, Two and a Half Men, Gossip Girl, Mike and Molly and Pretty Little Liars,  making WB the largest producer of TV series in North America. Warner Brother’s also produced the number one TV sitcom, The Big Bang Theory, which, after last night's Golden Globes, is now an award-winning show.

We celebrated the best of Warner Entertainment, with awards going to Big Love,The Ricky Gervais Show, Funny or Die, and America, America.

Warner Brothers also celebrated their title as the industry’s leading name in home entertainment, releasing more blu-ray DVD titles than any other company thus far, including re-releases of classic films such as Once Upon A Time in America and All the Presidents Men.

Although Warner Brother’s has only been producing video games for two years, the company proudly tied its name to some well known gaming legends this year, such as Mortal Combat and the much anticipated Batman Arkham City.

Thanks, Warners for the fun evening, and thanks for a fantastic year of entertainment.
