Bieber fans, but the pint-sized pop star is taking a little break from
music to enjoy a little of his teenage years. We can't blame him -
you'd probably want a little privacy too if you'd been in the public
eye since you were 15!
The 17-year-old star told The Hollywood Reporter, "I've been working so hard, I'm taking a month off. It's been great to just think and enjoy hanging out with my friends."
"I'm still growing up, and when you're working every day, you don't really get a chance to figure out who you are," he added. "So with the time off, I'm able to think, pray and just kind of grow up. [Plus], I've been sleeping in a lot."
Justin has also said that he doesn't consider furthering his education a priority, and that he only plans to head off to college if it fits around his career. Not surprising, consider sales of his "Someday" perfume alone have generated more than $3 million.
As for the fans, they'll just have to wait until the end of summer to hear a new Bieber tune and get their fix of the Canadian star. Or they could just spritz themselves with a little of his perfume.
