The Oscars are undergoing its own Benjamin Buttons reverse-aging process, with help from young Hollywood.

Floppy-haired Twilight star Robert Pattinson will be one of the presenters on Sunday. And well-coiffed High School Musical hottie Zac Efron will hand out the award for Best Original Song during the live telecast.

Psst, Robert: For the love of God, please ditch the Jeremy Piven "I just rolled out of bed, like five minutes ago" look and dress appropriately. At least comb your hair. Ask your boy Zac to lend you his flat iron. Thanks and enjoy the show!

Zac's real-life HSM honey Vanessa Hudgens will also be in attendance, though not as a presenter. How much do you want to bet those two will split due to "career pressures" the second the Disney gravy boat ends?

Also representing the teen scream scene: Miley Cryus, who will be there to support the animation flick Bolt, for which the Hannah Montana star voiced the character, Penny. Since we are not 12-years old, we actually had to look that up. It's nominated for Best Animated Feature. And will lose to Wall-E.
