Has Star Wars star Natalie Portman fallen for the allure of Twilight vamp-throb Robert Pattinson's hypnotic gaze?

The heartbreakingly pretty pair (Brangelina 2.0!) were seen flirting it up at the posh Oscar Vanity Fair party for what seemed like an eternity.

A R.P. pal dished, "[Portman] seemed really into him, and went right up to say hello once she spotted him." Who can blame her? With that sexy accent and ready-for-a-tumble hair, Pattinson could raise the dead.

Nat P., newly single after ditching rocker Devendra Banhart, left the bash solo, but the Brit babe definitely fits all the specs on her boyfriend blueprint: foreigner with a sexy accent, the better to croon sweet nothings in her ear (Gael Garcia Bernal), rumpled Hugh Grant hair (Banhart, ick) and bring-home-to-mama dreamy appeal (Ryan Gosling for a quick nanosecond).
