Romance Gives New Meaning To The Term "Client Services"

Britney Spears isn't spending her Circus tour pining over ex Kevin Federline.

Sources report the "If U Seek Amy" pop star is secretly (well, not so much) dating her longtime talent agent, Jason Trawick. Sorry all you Britney + Justin Timberlake fans.

The two have been linked since 2006 but the relationship seems to have swung into high gear lately. Trawick has been traveling with Brit on her tour, and the pair was spotted spending time with Britney's sons Jayden James and Sean Preston before the tour kicked off. He even jetted down to Costa Rica with Spears to Mel Gibson's retreat last year. We wonder if his off-duty romancing is billable time.

An insider pooh-poohs the speculation, calling it "ridiculous" to suggest the pair is anything close to "romantic," yet other sources say Brit and Trawick's "tight bond" is an open secret. But somehow we doubt he's spending this much time schmoozing his other clients Hilary Duff and Taylor Swift.

Granted, it's entirely possible that the two are just friends, as he's been her agent for five years, and it's EVEN POSSIBLE that not everyone in Britney's life really wants a 'piece of her' (we couldn't resist). It would be nice if she just had a friend. Or a puppy. She makes us sad. Then we think of the classic song "Lucky" and get sadder.

We're not saying Brit shouldn't get some, but with her track record of losers who use her as their personal ATM, maybe she should consider hooking up with someone that's NOT on her pay roll or who stands to make a profit from her image.
