It wasn't all that long ago that Jennifer Love Hewitt announced to the world that she loved her curves. And then she promptly lost weight.

It wasn't all that long ago that Jennifer Love Hewitt announced to the world that she was head over heels for her fiance. And then they promptly broke up.

And now Jamie Kennedy, prankster/famous-for-some-reason extraordinaire is announcing to the world that he loves Love. I can't keep up.

Only three months after announcing her breakup with Ross McCall, Love's suddenly back in the Hollywood-romance spotlight thanks to her new beau's verbal diarrhea on Ryan Seacrest's radio show. It's "more than love," folks. Which is apparently possible. And he loves her for the ridiculously deep qualities such as singing, dancing and pasta-making. Glad to know standards are high in Tinseltown.

Rumors about the new couple started making the rounds after the couple was spotted being "cordial" at Love's Oscar after-party. Yes, cordial. I'm sure he helped her to her carriage at the end of the night too.

I try to be an optimistic in the world of love, but this one just doesn't sit right. Sure, John Mayer may have called her body a wonderland, and yes, she clearly isn't afraid of commitment and wants to get married, and yes, she desperately wants to prove to the world that she's not the evil diva her crew accuses her of being, but.... Oh, wait. Never mind. As long as they learn to step away from the awkward magazine cover stories, I wish them the best. With plenty of Love's pasta fagioli on the side.

But I'll take back my best wishes if I ever see her into a staged photo-op outside a Tiffany's dressed as Audrey again. My eyes threw up a little.
