Pop Tart Expands Her Brand And Waist Line
Britney Spears' personal life has been it's usual three-ring chaotic Circus, but the pop star's professional life is "Stronger" than ever.
Following a deal to pimp for Candie's, Brit has inked a deal with two major sponsors: Starbucks and Cheetos. After being photographed with one or both products between barefoot rest room stops for most of last year, an official partnership was the next logical step.
Hmmm, Candie's, Starbucks, Cheetos . . . anyone noticing a pattern here?
Says Troy Dunhill, Starbucks spokesperson, "Last year we cringed every time a photo of Britney with one of our tasty and delicious frappuccinos in her nail-bitten hands turned up in the tabloids. But now, her weave is tight and in this sucky economy if her fans can pony up major cash for a concert ticket, they can certainly spring for a $4 cup of coffee."
After her microphone was turned on following her latest lip-synched performance, Brit Brit commented on the new deals, "Woohoo, free food for life ya'll! I'm going to eat and get fat and have more babies. Take that, daddy!"
Up next in Brit's branding empire: a line of clip-on extensions and a book on parenting, "How Not To Screw Up Your Kids: Just Do the Exact Opposite of Everything I Do."
