You Don't Have To Settle For Sickness

altIt that time of year again. Sneezing in the office. Coughing on the subway. It germ season, and one out of every three Canadians will end up catching the Flu.

Influenza is the pits, and we ve always been of the understanding that resting and waiting are our only options for curing our symptoms.

However, there are a few lesser known alternatives that may very well help you kick the cold-weather blues and get back to reality.

Alas, here are five home remedies worth trying when you re feeling under-the-weather.

1. Take Vitamin C daily to boost immune system and increase the number of white blood cells

2. Suck on Zinc lozenges to boost immune system as soon the symptoms develop.

3. Did you know that: Colloidal Silver kills viruses? It does. Get on it.

4. Take Garlic capsules to decrease the chances of the virus growing.

5. Make a tea using:
1 tsp. bayberry bark.
1 tsp. grated ginger root.
? tsp. cayenne powder.
1 cup of boiling water.
Let it sit for 20 minutes.
