Drew Barrymore Gets Behind the Camera and Michael Moore Uncovers The Truth
This year, the Toronto International Film Festival has come out victorious in the dog-pile scramble to nab premieres. Yes, TIFF will once again be fueled by some very serious star power, and will be screening some of the year's most anticipated flicks for their first public viewing.
A few examples of some of the stellar grabs include Drew Barrymore's directorial debut with Whip It, and the latest side-splitter by the Coen Brothers, A Serious Man.
In addition to Barrymore's breakout and the Coen Brothers comedy, TIFF will also be showing a handful of other world premiers. One such premier is of Michael Moore's Capitalism: A Love Story, a documentary pieced together in the typical Moore style: hilarious, ingenious, entertaining, educational, controversial, and well, let's face it, probably pretty biased.
The festival is set to take place September 10th to the 19th.
