Psycho Returns To Cinema

Psycho At Bell Lightbox Theatre

Celebrating 50 years of making women feel apprehensive about taking showers, Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho is coming to a theatre near you for a one week run in Toronto, just in time for Halloween.

The classic story of Marion Crane and her creepy encounter with eccentric innkeeper Norman Bates is hitting the big screen at Bell's brand new venue, The Light Box starting October 28th. Movie goers can take in a viewing for a full week and enjoy the new reconstituted soundtrack of the black and white horror flick that sent film critics reeling back in 1960.

The hype surrounding the very first premiere of Psycho is what drew audiences in, as it promised to be the most shocking, gruesome horror film in American history.

Select theatres all across the countruy will have special showings for the film starting on Halloween.

Years later, does Hitchcock still deliver? We still can't get that shower murder scene out of our heads. Will you be in line for the second cinema release?
