Dance with Natalli Every Sunday Through the Summer

Have you been asking yourself: what's the perfect way to get fit this summer and have fun at the same time? The answer to that rests with So You Think You Can Dance Canada’s sweetheart Natalli Reznik and her Get Fit with Natalli classes. Reznik, who was also expecting to be on tour with Michael Jackson, hosts an energy-packed program which runs in Toronto every Sunday throughout the summer from 2 to 3:30 at the Joy of Dance Centre (95 Danforth, 3rd floor) and are $15 per session (cash only).

Be sure to bring along a yoga mat, come dressed in comfy clothes (the looser the better), wear your running or dancing shoes and, most importantly, prep yourself to dance your booty off! By taking you vigorously through a variety of fun dance forms, Reznik wants to make sure you leave feeling that you worked hard. This dancerobic workout includes many dance forms: hip hop, Latin and awesome 80's (think Flashdance). Reznik described her classes as “pure energy”, and considering the passion and enthusiasm she spoke with while just sitting and chatting, I’m sure her high-octane energy will be contagious throughout her class!
