  I try to teach realistic and practical tips for finding health and happiness in today's crazy, busy world. This information can be applied to anyone with any illness, because the real path to real healing is the same no matter what your ‘label’ of sickness is. You have to believe in yourself first and foremost. You also have to let go of pain in your heart and bring love and forgiveness to your life - you can eat all the right foods and do all the right things, but if you don’t let go of negative emotions, you will never be well!
