want them. Pregnant women often crave savoury, sour snacks, but
excessive pickle eating may cause uncomfortable bloating. It's best to
balancing salty foods with plenty of water.

However, eating cheese in moderation is often the best option as dairy
can cause gas and bloating.
3. Peanut Butter
If
it's sticky PB that you crave, it could be a sign of a B-vitamin
deficiency. However, to beat this craving, try a spoon-full of Jiffy
before bed with a dose of fish-oil.
4. Apples
You
know what they say about apples! One a day keeps the doctor away. Yes,
apples are one of the healthiest cravings to have, as they are rich in
calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
5. Bacon
Believe

cravings. Pregnant women crave both protein and fat, and bacon, as well
all know, is an exception source of both. Be advised, however, that too
many fatty foods can be unhealthy both for you and your baby, so try
and stick to lean meats to curb that craving.
