Banana Muffins

This muffin recipe is great as it is, or even better if you decide to add chocolate chips. A perfect way to treat the kids or friends.
Ingredients
1 1/2 C. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3 ripe bananas, smashed 3/4 C. sugar 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/3 C. butter melted Topping: 1/3 C. packed brown sugar 1 Tbs. flour 1/8 tsp. cinnamon 1 Tbs. butter

Combine dry ingredients. Mix together bananas, egg, sugar and melted butter and stir into dry ingredients. Fill greased or paper lined muffin tins until 3/4 full. Cut butter into brown sugar, flour and cinnamon and sprinkle over top of muffins. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 18-20 minutes.
