Beef Roast

This sumptuous roast recipe requires a lot of cooking time but it will pay off in satisfied taste buds.
Ingredients
1 Beef Roast of your choice and size 1 large onion sliced 5 medium potatoes quartered with or without skins, white, red or yellow 1-2 cans baby carrots drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup or your favorite cream soup 1 16 oz. bottle of Ranch dressing 1 package brown gravy mixed with 1 C. water garlic powder to taste salt and pepper to taste

Season roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder, and then brown in skillet on both sides on med high heat. Lay roast, onions and potatoes in crockpot. Mix rest of ingredients except carrots together pour over roast lifting it so it gets sauce under it. You may want to add a little water to make sure the potatoes are covered. Cook 8 hrs. on med heat. Stir in the carrots 1 hr. before done. Enjoy
