Fragrant and hearty, this quick fix spaghetti will have your kids asking for seconds.
Ingredients
7 or 8 oz. spaghetti
4 strips bacon
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1/2 C. water
grated cheese

Cook spaghetti until tender . Set aside. Dice and fry the bacon then add onion and fry until transparent. Add beef and cook until meat begins to color. Drain spaghetti well and add meat mixture, salt, soups and water. Taste for seasonings. Spread in a greased 2-qt casserole or bake dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 F. for about one hour.
