Chicken Cacciatore avec Pasta

A fantastic spin on your every day chicken dish.
Ingredients
1 Tbs. vegetable oil 4 boneless chicken breast halves or 8 boneless chicken thighs, skin removed 1 3/4 C. Chicken Broth 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 can (14 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, cut up 1 small green pepper, cut into 2" long strips 1 medium onion, cut into wedges 2 1/2 C. uncooked medium shell pasta

Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add broth, oregano, garlic powder, tomatoes, pepper and onion. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min. or until done.
