Greek Greatness Spinach Pie

This pie is Greek-tastic!
Ingredients
2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 2 eggs, beaten 1 sm. shallot, minced 1 6-oz. pkg. feta cheese 3 grinds black pepper 12 sheets phyllo, defrosted 1 C. butter or margarine, melted or butter flavored cooking spray + 2 Tbs. butter or margarine

Saut?© shallot in 2 Tbs butter and then cool. Add all ingredients except 1 cup butter/spray and mix well. Lay out phyllo on cutting board and brush butter (or spray) between 6 layers of phyllo. Lay prepared phyllo into rectangular baking dish. Add spinach mixture, pat down and continue with phyllo, brushing butter between remaining 6 layers of phyllo. Finish with butter on top phyllo. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-35 minutes (depending on your oven). Let side about 10 minutes before serving.
