Grilled Pineapple

A great, quick and easy barbecue dessert.
Ingredients
1 fresh pineapple 1/4 C. clover honey 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Peel, core and slice the pineapple into 1/2 inch thick slices. In a small bowl, combine the honey and cinnamon. Grease the George Foreman grill with olive oil and preheat for 5 minutes. Place the slices in a single layer in the grill and drizzle the honey cinnamon over the slices. Grill for 5-6 minutes, or until the pineapple is tender. Repeat with any remaining slices.
