Icey Watermelon Slushi Surprise

This cold treat is perfect for a hot and sunny afternoon where running through the sprinkler just won't do!! Watermelon can be replaced with virtually any fruit.

1 C. water 2 C. chopped watermelon 2 Tbs. sugar 1 Tbs. lemon juice

Cut watermelon into 1-inch cubes. In a blender combine water, watermelon, sugar, and lemon juice and ice until smooth. Garnish with small watermelon wedge and a slice of lemon.
