Fill crockpot halfway with water and put in turkey carcus with meat. Cook on low for 12 hours. Drain turkey and water in colander into a big pot. Put water back in crockpot and any turkey without the bones. Put in remaining ingredients and fill crockpot with water to top without overflowing. Cook 12 more hours on low or until all is cooked. Add spices to taste.
