Mary's Mini Reubens

Delicious mini appetizers that are sure to please!
Ingredients
30 slices party rye bread 1/4 C. Dijon 4 oz. thinly sliced cooked corned beef 1 8 oz. can sauerkraut, drained, rinsed 1/2 tsp. caraway seed 1 C. finely shredded Swiss cheese

Arrange bread slices on baking sheet, broil 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted. Spread mustard blend on one side. Arrange corned beef on each bread slice, cut to fit. Sprinkle with cheese and broil till cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes. Must serve at once.
