5-6 large ripe tomatoes
1/2 C. crumbled feta cheese
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 heaping tsp. hearty mustard
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
5 Tbs. olive oil
