Sweet Teriyaki Steak Stir-Fry

A simple dish that oozes with teriyaki flavour.
Ingredients
4 oz. Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze 1 small onion, sliced and chopped 1/2 green pepper, sliced 2 Tbs. oil 1 lb. carne picada, extra thin 1 C. brown rice 2 C. water Salt and pepper to taste

Place water and brown rice in saucepan and cook for 45-50 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile, in skillet put oil, green pepper, onion and 1 Tbs. teriyaki glaze. Saute until done, set aside. In same skillet combine steak (carne picada) and remaining teriyaki glaze and cook for 10 minutes or until done. Put rice on plate. Top with steak and sauted veggies.
