Tokyo Noodle Beef Bake

This Asian noodle beef bake will surely become one of your family's favourites!
Ingredients
1 Tbs. all-purpose flour 1 large oven roasting bag 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips 1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced, drained 1 3 oz. pkg. beef flavored Ramen, broken into pieces 3/4 C. water 1/4 C. ginger flavored soy sauce 1 small red bell pepper, sliced 1 bunch green onions, chopped

Place flour in oven bag; twist end of bag and shake to coat bag. Place oven bag in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add steak strips and remaining ingredients; gently squeeze oven bag to blend ingredients. Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top of bag. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until beef strips are tender.
