1 green onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 ttsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 whole soft pitas

Combine all ingredients except pitas and mix well. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange pitas on a baking sheet.
