Wendy's Wonton Chips

These wonton chips are a great addition to any party, and go well with hummus, salsa, and other dips.
Ingredients
1/2 C. margarine, melted 11/2 tsp. dry mustard 11/2 tsp. onion powder 11/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. red pepper 1 pkg. (16 oz.) wonton skins Non-stick cooking spray Optional: Salsa, mustard sauce, avocado dip or sour cream dip

Combine margarine, mustard, onion powder, garlic salt and red pepper. Separate wonton skins. Fold skins to form interesting shapes or triangles. Place in a single layer on baking sheets sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Brush with margarine mixture. Bake wonton skins in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Repeat until all wontons are baked. Cool on a wire rack. Store in a tightly closed container up to two weeks.
