1 C. fresh herbs or 1/2 C. dried herbs 1 gallon boiling water wash tub or plastic dish pan

You can use an herb mixture of comfrey, lavender, rosemary, elderberry or sage. Pour the boiling water over the herbs in a pitcher or bowl and for 20 minutes. Strain and pour into a foot basin. Soak feet for 20-25 minutes and pat dry. If you wish, use a good moisturizer afterwards.
