Pronto Pizza

A great pie to share with your family on a Saturday night.
Ingredients
1 6 1/2 oz. pkg. pizza crust mix 3 Tbs. cornmeal 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage 1/2 lb. beef liver, coarsely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1 Tbs. minced dried onion 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning Several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce 2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese

Prepare the pizza crust mix according to package directions, except add the cornmeal to the dry ingredients. On a lightly floured surface roll the dough into a 13 inch circle. Fold the dough into quarters. Transfer to a greased 12 inch pizza pan or baking sheet; unfold. Build up edges of dough; snip at 1 inch intervals. Bake in a 425 degree oven 12 minutes or till light brown.

Meanwhile, cook the sausage, liver, and garlic till sausage is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in the tomato sauce, dried onion, Italian seasoning, and hot pepper sauce. Spread meat mixture on crust. Arrange sliced tomatoes atop meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or till bubbly.
