* 4 red peppers

* huge bunch parsley , roughly chopped

* 100ml olive oil
* 600g cleaned squid , sliced into rings, tentacles kept whole
* 200g cooking chorizo , cut into chickpea-size chunks
* juice and zest 1 large lemon
