Succulent Pork Roast

This pork roast recipe will create a savoury aroma in your kitchen and have your kids asking for seconds.
Ingredients
1 3-lb. boneless pork roast 1 clove garlic in slivers 2 med. onions, sliced 2 Tbs. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper 2 bay leaves 1 tsp. sage 1 1/2 C. hot water

Make small slits in the roast and place garlic slivers in slits. Brown meat on all sides. Put half the onion slices in the bottom of the pot. Top with the pork. Put the rest of the onions on top of the roast. Heat water, spices and soy sauce on top of the stove. Pour over meat and onions. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then cook on low for 6 hours. Remove meat and onions and thicken gravy with 5 Tbs. of flour mixed with some water. Return meat and onions to crock pot until ready to serve.
