Drew Barrymore
commits to her role in her new flick Grey Gardens even on the red carpet. The movie spans the 1900s so it makes total sense that she opts for Old Hollywood glamour. She's the picture of Tinseltown royalty in an Alberta Ferreti beaded gown that shows off her slimmed down silhouette and the subtle shimmer keeps her from being too washed out by the nude hue. And we simply j'adore her softly waved hair, brilliant bold red lip and tulle veil. Dita von Teese would be so very jelly. Brava, dahling!

Drew is absolutely stunning here. I've hated the monochrome look ever since Rachel Hunter's presenting stint at the 2006 People's Choice Awards (http://www.zimbio.com/pictures/5TB2Gz45hOB/32nd+Annual+People+Choice+Awards+After+Party/Qm06S3J1W0b/Rachel+Hunter), when it appeared that she super-efficiently got clothed AND hair-dressed inside a spray-tan booth.

Drew's silvery champagne-hued presence is more elegant, resplendently spectral. This image was definitely worth featuring.
